46 y.o. male, fully consolidated displaced „U“ shaped sacral fracture (C3 after AO classification) and resulting kyphosis, sagital dysbalance, urin retention, severe paralysis in S1 myotoma. Note the vertical rotation of S1 and S2 vertebral bodies independently from ala sacrum and sacroiliac joints. Walking distance of less than 10 meters because of increasing back pain due to paravertebral muscle contracture
